Saffran Group of Pakistan receives a $3.2 million order from a Japanese corporation

Bears Inc, a Japanese technology firm, has announced that it will work with Pakistan’s Saffran Group Company to establish a $3.2-million IT platform for their real estate industry as it seeks to expand globally.

This is one of the largest direct orders granted to Pakistan by a Japanese corporation in the sector of information technology, according to the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and JETRO. The news comes as Pakistan looks to expand its IT industry, with Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin praising the sector as one of the most promising in the country.

Imtiaz Ahmad, Pakistan’s ambassador to Japan, told Michiyoshi Takuma, president of Bears Real Estate Co. Ltd, and Mirza Asif Baig, CEO of Saffran Group, that the embassy and the government will work together to ensure the project’s success.

“We are pleased that Bears Inc. Japan has picked Saffran Group for this product, which will be completed by Pakistani high-tech IT experts,” the Pakistani embassy in Japan said in a statement.
