Peshawar’s ‘Charsi Tikka’ Owner Arrested for Kissing a Foreign Tourist

The owner of the famous Charsi Tikka restaurant in Peshawar, Nisar Khan has been arrested by the local police due to allegations of engaging in inappropriate behavior with his foreign customers.

Nisar Khan, known as ‘Charsi,’ was taken into custody after residents reported that he was seen kissing some of his customers on the street, which included foreign tourists. The incident gained attention on social media after images related to it circulated widely.

Following this, the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) instructed immediate legal action, and a case was registered against the Charsi Tikka owner under section 294 of the Pakistan Penal Code in Peshawar. He was charged with indecent conduct involving foreign tourists who were staying at a local hotel.

Nisar has faced criticism in the past for inappropriate behavior with female tourists, especially those from outside of Pakistan. Videos showing him engaging in non-consensual touching with female tourists have sparked outrage on social media. Many users expressed their support for the police’s action and condemned his behavior. Some users mentioned that such actions reflect poorly on the people of Peshawar.
