According to a post on X (formerly Twitter) by OpenAI on September 27, ChatGPT can now access the web to provide current information in its responses.
This feature is currently accessible for Plus and Enterprise users who use the GPT-4 model. It will become available for other users in the near future, but it’s not specified whether this includes non-premium users or if it’s for the GPT-3.5 model as well. OpenAI has not provided further details at this time.
