According to the top US intelligence officer, China has done “human testing” on members of the People’s Liberation Army in the hopes of generating warriors with “biologically enhanced skills.”
The stunning remark was made by John Ratcliffe, the director of national intelligence, in a lengthy Wall Street Journal op-ed. He argued that China is the most significant national security danger to the United States.
President Vladimir Putin of Russia warned in 2017 that humanity could soon produce something “worse than a nuclear bomb.”
Last year, John Ratcliffe, the former US Director of National Intelligence (DNI), went even further by making a direct accusation against China. The piece was dubbed a “miscellany of lies” by China. Ratcliffe’s opinion piece’s overall thesis is that China is a dangerous opponent who threatens American economic and national security.
He claimed that the People’s Republic of China is today’s most significant threat to America and the greatest menace to democracy and freedom in the globe since World War II. He went on to say that the intelligence was clear: Beijing wants to rule the United States and the rest of the world. Ratcliffe asked President-elect Joe Biden to be real about China in an interview.
