Starting July 1, 2025, users of these platforms in Pakistan will be required to complete biometric verification as per State Bank of Pakistan’s regulations while making cash transactions through retailers.

No accounts will be blocked, and funds will remain safe!

The biometric verification requirement will not block any accounts and funds will remain safe! This new regulation has no impact on your accounts.

Will online transactions be impacted?

NO! Users will be able to carry their transactions online as normal.

So, what changes?

Our biometric enabled retail agents are available to support customers with their deposit and withdrawal post biometric verification at their locations. Non-biometric deposit or withdrawal will not be operational.
