The full cost of the gifts taken from the Tosha home was paid by Ahsan Iqbal. Upon full payment, Ahsan Iqbal paid Rs 19,19,000 in the government’s coffers and sent a letter to the Secretary of the Cabinet Division.
Ahsan Iqbal, the federal minister for planning, reportedly paid the whole cost of the presents that were taken from the Tosha mansion out of his own free will.
According to the letter’s content, the Tosha received a male Rolex clock worth 1.5 million from the house in 2018, paying Rs. 3,04,000, and the remainder Rs. 12.46 Lacs have been put in the treasury, in accordance with government regulations governing gifts.
He had spent Rs. 1,39,000 on a carpet. According to the legislation, Rs 20,000 was paid for the carpet’s purchase price.
