In the designated region, the primary objective is to achieve the project’s delivery schedule successfully. This involves effective coordination of on-site activities among all domains involved. Additionally, communication with the Border Guard is crucial for access, reporting, and necessary communication. To ensure seamless progress, risks, and issues are promptly reported to the PMO in Riyadh, with support sought when needed.
As part of the role, any escalated issues are reported to the Operations Manager, along with the implementation of recovery plans to address them. The focus is on maximizing synergies and cost savings across work packages while assisting in relevant project reviews. The responsibility extends to the full capability delivery and integration of all deliverables on the borders, encompassing civil works, engineering, rollout, operations, testing, IV&V, and acceptance processes.

Develop and establish an Integrated Project schedule that consolidates all Level 3 schedules within the program. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and tracking various aspects of the Program, including Schedule, Cost, Change, Risks, and Opportunities. Collaborate with the Project Controlling Manager to generate timely reports for monthly Project Reports, both internal and external. Ensure that operational planning and forecasting, such as S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Cash Forecast, and EAC (Estimate at Completion), receive accurate and punctual data inputs.
Essential Criteria:
- Possess a recognized Project Office/Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation, etc.).
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Project is considered advantageous.
- Substantial experience in project/programme planning, encompassing the creation and management of an integrated schedule.
- Able to effectively persuade others using evidence (facts and figures) to support arguments, while also showcasing excellent listening skills.

- Archive products generated during project realization.
- Generate automated reports as per project requirements.
- Collect and archive relevant data (operational, planning, etc.) within the Civil Work department, adhering to Civil Work Manager’s specifications.
