According to a survey performed earlier this month by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 45% of Pakistanis are unable to ride a bicycle.
The “largest bicycle race” was held on March 5 in Karachi, a port city in southern Pakistan.
The 35-kilometer marathon, which began at the Quaid’s mausoleum in Karachi and ended at the Governor House, attracted close to 95 participants. Although Pakistan hasn’t achieved much success in the cycling globe, the nation regularly holds championships in its major cities.
The poll, according to Gallup Pakistan, was taken on March 16 from a “nationally representative sample of adult men and women” in all four provinces of the nation.
