Any Recording Made to Blackmail Someone is a Crime: Rana Sana Ullah

Any recordings of voice or camera which disclose a person’s unlawful activities are not considered to be punishable acts, as per federal interior minister Rana Sanaullah, unless they are being exploited to blackmail the victim.

In his speech during a press conference, the nation’s new security head claimed that disclosure of a conversation with the aim of threatening someone must be counted as an unlawful act.

He additionally stated it was not legal to record a personal legal case in public.  

The head of the PML-N also talked about the alleged audio revelation which involves Dr. Arsalan Khalid, the head of PTI’s social media, and the previous prime minister’s wife, Bushra Bibi, in which the person is observed and heard requesting Khan’s third wife to encourage a “story of treason.”

In a reply to this alleged audio revelation, Sanaullah said that the past government was not naming the tape as false, instead saying the content was unnecessary. Additionally, he stated that Bushra Bibi was performing an unlawful act just for her own security from the corruption.

The team of Imran Khan has warned not to remain silent if Imran Khan’s conversations with his principal secretary, Azam Khan, are made viral during this issue of revelation.

The head journalist exposed in a blog again and again that the audio of the previous prime minister on a safe line with the then-principal assistant will be launched in the next few days, as per senior PTI politician Shireen Mazari.
