Arshad Nadeem appeals to the people to pray for him in Tokyo Olympics

Arshad Nadeem, a renowned Pakistani athlete who qualified for the final round of the javelin throw competition at the Tokyo Olympics 2020, has asked the nation to pray for his success in the sport.

Arshad Nadeem stated he qualified for the final round of the javelin throw competition in the favor of Almighty Allah in a video message. He expressed gratitude to the people of the United States for their prayers and support.

Meanwhile, Arshad Nadeem received a phone call from Akram Sahi of the Pakistan Athletics Federation, congratulating him on qualifying for the final round of the javelin throw competition.

Arahad Nadeem is the first Pakistani athlete to compete in an Olympic final in any track and field event. He was assigned to group B, which required him to throw a minimum of 83.5 meters in order to advance to the final. Only six competitors were able to do so, with Arshad being one of them. The other six athletes advanced to the finals based on their respective longest throws.
