Azerbaijan’s Colonel General Karim Valiyev has honored Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, with the prestigious Patriotic War Medal. This recognition was given for his significant role in strengthening military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
During his visit to Pakistan, Valiyev, who is also the First Deputy Minister of Defence of Azerbaijan, met with military officials at Pakistan’s General Headquarters (GHQ).
The meeting focused on boosting defense relations, sharing expertise, and working together for the stability of the region.
