Babar Azam Revealed the Reason Behind Pakistan’s Last-Ball Defeat Against Sri Lanka

Pakistan’s cricket captain, Babar Azam, blamed the team’s poor bowling and fielding for their loss against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup. In the recent match, Pakistan scored 252 runs, but their bowlers couldn’t defend it, and Sri Lanka won with 8 wickets remaining.

Kusal Mendis was Sri Lanka’s top scorer with 91 runs, and other players also contributed. Pakistan’s captain, Babar Azam, admitted that Sri Lanka played better and was disappointed with his team’s bowling and fielding.

Sri Lanka’s Dasun Shanaka said they had control of the match but needed to maintain it until the end. He acknowledged that Pakistan had a chance to come back but credited Asalanka for securing Sri Lanka’s win.
