Bank Alfalah Onboards 29 Future Leaders in the 11th Batch of its Management Trainee Program

Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan’s leading commercial banks, has welcomed 29 outstanding individuals into the 11th batch of its prestigious Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2025. Launched in 2015, the program has successfully inducted over 329 management trainees, offering ambitious young professionals structured development, on-the-job learning, and strategic mentorship.

The Alfa Lead Program continues to nurture the next generation of banking industry leaders.This year, the Alfa Lead Program attracted an exceptional response, drawing over 3,456 applications from top-tier universities nationwide. Following a rigorous and competency-driven selection process, including a cutting-edge behavioural assessment game, comprehensive assessment, and in-depth panel interviews, 30 outstanding candidates were shortlisted. The selected group represents diverse academic backgrounds from esteemed institutions such as IBA, LUMS, IoBM, Sukkur IBA, NUST, FAST, Habib University, Forman Christian College, DHA Suffa, and Royal Holloway, University of London.

The Alfa Lead MT Program spans 12 months, offering a comprehensive and immersive training experience. Participants undergo intensive hands-on training, departmental rotations across key business functions, and direct mentorship from senior industry leaders. This robust and structured curriculum is designed to rapidly enhance the trainees’ professional competencies, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, preparing them to take on significant roles within the banking industry.
