He won the World Open six times and the British Open ten times, dominating men’s squash through the 1980s. He is most famous for his unbeaten run of 555 consecutive matches from 1981 to 1986, a streak Guinness World Records lists as the longest unbeaten run in men’s squash and Atif Bajwa, President and CEO Bank Alfalah.
