The underrepresentation of women in STEM fields is a global issue, with less than 30% of researchers being women and low enrollment rates in STEM-related higher education fields. Educating, training, and hiring more women in STEM can lead to better outcomes, increased diversity in the workforce, and a competitive edge for organizations.
