About 700 Indian students are facing deportation from Canada due to their phoney ‘admission offer letters’ years after they entered in the country and stayed there.
The Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) has sent notices of expulsion to students from various regions of India who paid millions to enter the nation.
With Brijesh Mishra’s Education Migration Services, which is based in Jalandhar, the students applied for study visas. With the exception of flying tickets and security deposits, the agency had charged each of them more than Rs 1.6 million for all costs, including the admission price to the “Humber College” institution.
