During a two-day official visit to Bahrain, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir received the Military Medal Order of Bahrain First Class from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
This prestigious award was granted in recognition of General Munir’s significant efforts in fortifying the diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Bahrain.
Throughout his visit, the COAS held discussions with Bahrain’s top leadership, including King Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and military commanders.
The talks focused on various aspects such as mutual interests, bilateral military and security cooperation, and acknowledging the Pakistan Army’s noteworthy achievements in regional peace initiatives.
