Confiz, a global, fast-growing IT company, celebrated International Women’s Day by launching a company-wide campaign promoting equity. This year’s International Women’s Day theme was #EmbraceEquity. The campaign served as a reminder that achieving equal opportunities is no longer enough; an organization must actively embrace equity. Confiz recognizes that equity involves creating a level playing field where everyone has fair access to opportunities, resources, and support to succeed to reach an equal outcome.
On this International Women’s Day, Confiz reaffirmed its commitment to promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture for its female colleagues by advocating for equity. As part of these efforts, the company partnered with Chughtai Lab to provide health pink cards to its female employees and married employees’ spouses, demonstrating its commitment to supporting the #EmbraceEquity movement. The primary objective of these pink cards is to empower women to take control of their and their families’ health.
In addition to promoting equity in the workplace, Confiz sent a selected group of female employees to attend the Women in Business and Leadership Conference (WIBCON), an initiative by PSTD to identify, recognize, and empower women who are driving positive change. This conference gave Confiz’s female workforce a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded women and gain valuable insights from their inspiring stories.
To honor the remarkable contributions of women and celebrate their achievements, Confiz distributed gifts to all its female employees across its global offices in Pakistan, USA, and the UAE as a gesture of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
“Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is in our DNA at Confiz,” said Affan Aijaz, Global Director of People & Culture. We believe that by promoting gender equity, we can create a workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of gender or background.”
Confiz is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. Through its dedication to DE&I, the company is taking active measures to support women’s empowerment and create a fair and equitable workplace for all employees, regardless of their background.
