Passengers are increasingly voicing their frustrations over SereneAir’s frequent flight cancellations and delays, causing inconvenience and financial stress.
One customer shared their experience of booking a ticket for their wife on December 5. Just a day before the trip, the flight was canceled, forcing them to reschedule for the next day. However, their troubles did not end there.
The return flight was first delayed and then canceled only three hours before departure. With no seats available on the same day, the passenger had to request a refund and pay extra to book a last-minute ticket with another airline, which cost a staggering 41,000 PKR.
Travel agents have also reported that such incidents are not uncommon with SereneAir. Many passengers are left scrambling to find alternative arrangements, often incurring higher costs and significant inconvenience.
This has raised concerns about SereneAir’s reliability and customer service. While airlines sometimes face operational challenges, frequent cancellations and inadequate communication have left many passengers dissatisfied.
