Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

  • Education: Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Age Limit: Between 45 and 60 years.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in reputable educational institutions.
    • At least 10 years of experience in educational management as the head of an institution.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong leadership and administrative abilities.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Proficiency in computer operations.
    • Expertise in educational management, human resource management, financial management, and teacher training.

Salary and Benefits

DPS&C, Main Campus, Faisalabad:

  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 200,000/- (negotiable)
  • Accommodation: On-campus residence.
  • Conveyance: Staff car with fuel as per policy.
  • Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.
  • Utility Bills Compensation: Provided.
  • Contract Duration: Three years (extendable based on performance).

  • Monthly Salary: Rs. 300,000/- (inclusive of all allowances).
  • Medical Facilities: As per DPS&C rules.
