During Q2, the Command-and-Control Centre received an impressive total of 2,189,646 calls. The response rate was exceptional at 97.91%, meaning that a vast majority of the calls were addressed. Furthermore, an astounding number of 2,143,796 calls were answered within just 10 seconds, indicating the community’s trust in the Dubai Police.
