Dubai’s Global Village is back for its 28th season, having started a whole week earlier than usual on October 18th. The gates opened at 6 pm on the first day, offering visitors a fantastic time of entertainment, shopping, and cultural experiences.
Ticket Choices
This season offers two options, and knowing the prices beforehand is a smart move. If you book online, you will enjoy a 10% discount. Here’s the deal:
- Value Tickets: These are priced at Dh22.5 online or Dh25 at the gate. They are perfect for visits from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Any Day Tickets: These tickets are great for flexibility, allowing you to visit on any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays. They cost Dh27 online or Dh30 at the gate.
Special Guests
Some special visitors get an extra treat. Senior citizens, children under three, and people with disabilities, plus one companion, get in for free. Keep in mind, these tickets are valid for a single entry during Season 28.
Extra Attractions
While your entry ticket includes access to all the pavilions and free shows, there are a couple of attractions that come with a small cost:
- Stunt Show: Priced at Dh20
- Ripley’s Believe It Or Not: Dh45
Operating Hours
Before planning your visit, note the operating hours:
- Sunday to Wednesday: 4 pm to 12 am
- Thursday to Saturday and Public Holidays: 4 pm to 1 am
- Tuesdays are reserved for families and women, except when it’s a public holiday.

Global Village is famous for its country-themed pavilions. This year, there are 27 of them, showcasing the culture, food, clothes, and performances of different countries. Some popular pavilions include Turkey, Japan, Europe, Egypt, India, Pakistan, and Africa.
Fireworks in the Sky
Fireworks are lit every Friday and Saturday at 9 pm. It is a dazzling spectacle in the night sky.
Shows and Performances
Get ready for more than 40,000 shows and 400 performers in Season 28. Enjoy AINJAA’s drumming, the incredible Urban Crew from America’s Got Talent, Fusion Japan’s acrobatics, and the unique fusion of South Asian and Celtic drumming by the Dhol Foundation from the United Kingdom.
