England Players Leaves IPL for Pakistan Series Ahead of T20 World Cup

England cricketers Jos Buttler, Liam Livingstone, Will Jacks, and Reece Topley have decided to leave their Indian Premier League (IPL) teams and return to the national side for the upcoming T20 series against Pakistan. This move comes as England prepares for the ICC T20 World Cup.

The T20 series will consist of four matches, scheduled to take place in Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, and London. Despite the ongoing IPL season, Buttler, a crucial player for the Rajasthan Royals, has opted to join the national squad, even though his team had a chance to qualify for the playoffs.

Livingstone, who has been dealing with a knee issue, has also chosen to depart early from his IPL team, Punjab Kings, to join the England squad. Additionally, other England players, including Jonny Bairstow and Sam Curran, are expected to follow suit and join the national team in preparation for the upcoming series against Pakistan.
