Environment Protection Department Punjab Announces Internship Opportunities in Pakistan

The Environment Protection Department (EPD) Punjab has introduced the Chief Minister Punjab Climate Leadership Development Internship Program, aiming to address environmental issues such as smog and pollution. This program offers young individuals the chance to contribute to environmental conservation while benefiting from financial and professional incentives.

The “Smog Less Punjab” internship provides participants with a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000. In addition, interns will receive a Community Service Certificate issued by the Environment Protection Agency and Punjab Higher Education Commission. This certificate can significantly enhance their applications for admission to both national and international universities.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the internship program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: Preference will be given to fresh graduates who completed their degrees within the last two years.
  • Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years old.

Candidates applying for Batch-III are required to submit a new application for consideration.
