Eligible Disciplines:
Applications are invited from candidates with qualifications from HEC/PEC approved institutions in the following areas:
- Chemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- MSc Chemistry (Analytical) or 16 years of Equivalent Education.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- B.E / B.Sc. Engineering from a National / International University (HEC / PEC recognized)
- Graduated or students of the final semester completing their degree by July / August 2024
- Age Limit: Less than 27 years
- Marital Status: Single
- Minimum CGPA: 2.8 and above

- NTS Fertilizer Test:
- Candidates should register on the NTS website for the “NTS Fertilizer” test. The test is scheduled for February 18 and March 3, 2024. Candidates can appear in only one test as per their date of choice. NTS Website
Selection Process:
- Based on academic and NTS results, top candidates will be called for preliminary interviews focusing on career expectations, professional knowledge, skills, and their practical application.
- An Assessment Centre will evaluate candidates’ soft skills through various group/team and individual sessions.
- Final Interviews will assess overall personality and leadership potential.
