During this week, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) operated its inaugural route from Islamabad to Salalah, Oman.
“Alhamdolillah, # PIA performed in-augural flight from Isd to Salallah(Oman), 2nd dest in Oman, which would provide support and aid to Pakistanis residing in that area.” PIA received a water cannon salute, and PIA CEO Arshad Malik thanked HE Ahsan Waggan for his patronage and the dedication of the PIA employees on Twitter.
“Oman Airports is pleased to welcome Pakistan International Airlines, which will begin operating one flight per week between Islamabad and Salalah Aiport on October 12, 2021,” the business announced.
