The World’s Top 2 percent Scientists, issued by Stanford University, is an update of the list of the top 2% most extensively cited scientists in various disciplines.
This rating, regarded the most prestigious in the world, is based on the bibliometric information contained in the Scopus database of more than 8 million scientists deemed to be active globally, with 22 scientific domains and 176 subfields examined.
Prof. Ghulam Hussain of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty has been named to this prestigious list.
