Gold jumped to all time high rates recently with 1.4% standing at Rs166,000 per tola.
The rates of gold raised by Rs2,250 per tola and Rs1,929 per 10 grams tk set a new record of Rs166,400 and Rs142,661, as per data released by APSGJA (All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association).
Prior a day the gold rates settled at Rs164,150 per tola as citizens took asylum in the safe-haven metal on mounting concerns that the nation’s economic conditions will deteriorate further.
Whereas, in the domestic market the silver rates remained same at all time high level of Rs1,860 per tola and Rs1,594.65 per 10 grams.
However, the gold surged to all time high rates and is cheaper by Rs3,000 per tola as compare to the rates in Dubai, as per the association.
The current rates for local markets was determined to keep the rates in view at which trades took place in between buyers and sellers.
