On Thursday, the NEPRA (National Electric Power Regulatory Authority) informed an Rs3.27 expansion in the power levy for the power buyers of K-Electric (KE).
According to NEPRA notification, the rise in the power tax has been told by monthly Fuel Charges Adjustment (FCA).
On March 31, 2022, NEPRA heard the demand of K-Electric to expand the power levy, under the seat of NEPRA administrator Tauseef H. Farooqi.
Furthermore, they added that the sum will be received in the bills of April, and the Karachiites should bear an extra load of Rs3.58 billion.
