As per the 24NewsHD TV channel, Marriyum Aurangzeb, the Federal Information Minister, claimed on Monday that during Pakistan’s Golden Jubilee celebrations, TikTok’s Collaboration would be established for the promotion of patriotism in the younger generation.
A committee of six members, initiated by TikTok’s Global Head of Asia Pacific, had a meeting with the Federal Minister of Information, Marriyum Aurangzeb.
According to Marriyum Aurangzeb, there is complete government support for the liberty of social media but would not permit it to be exploited for the promotion of anarchy, fraud, or immorality in society.
Marriyum Aurangzeb claimed that the constitution of Pakistan protects its residents’ liberty to freedom of expression and that unlawful use of any position is also prohibited.
According to the Federal Minister of Information, the public should be told that the TikTok organisation should be concentrating on the public understanding in their native language, including the proper usage of TikTok.
Marriyum Aurangzeb also claimed in her statement that the TikTok organisation should be focusing on taking valid measures and also concentrating on the requirements of providing protection and education to young people who use TikTok for the production of movies.
As per the statement of the Federal Minister for Information, the management of the branch can also use the platform of the Ministry of Information’s Information Services Academy for the concerns of understanding and that the collaboration sought to develop patriotism in the younger generation.
