Heavy Rainfall Forecast in June, July and August

The Meteorological Department predicts less than normal rainfall in June, July, and August, but the northern regions may receive more.

The rains and hailstorms that had been falling for three days have stopped in the country, but rain with strong winds and thunder is possible in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and neighboring areas.

The weather in Sindh, Punjab, and Baluchistan will remain hot and dry today, according to the Meteorological Department, with less than normal rains expected in June, July, and August, but more rain than usual in the northern areas.

According to the Meteorological Department, at the end of the season, the temperature may rise in the upper regions, resulting in melting snow and an increase in river flow.

On the other hand, the weather in Karachi will remain hot and humid today, with no chance of rain, according to the Meteorological Department.
