Here’re Pakistan’s Playing 11 for Asia Cup Super 4 Match Against Bangladesh

Pakistan is preparing for a high-stakes clash against Bangladesh in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2025. With both teams eyeing a spot in the final, the Men in Green are expected to stick with a settled playing XI.

At the top of the order, Fakhar Zaman and Sahibzada Farhan are likely to open once again. Zaman’s fitness has been under the spotlight after he was struck on the helmet during the game against Sri Lanka.

His experience and aggressive batting remain vital for Pakistan and the management will be hoping he is fully fit for this contest. Farhan, on the other hand, has looked promising but will be aiming to turn his starts into a big knock.

The middle order carries the weight of responsibility. Captain Salman Ali Agha has not yet made a strong impact in the tournament, but fans and selectors alike will expect him to lead from the front. Alongside him, young Saim Ayub and wicketkeeper Mohammad Haris will be crucial for setting up partnerships. All-rounders Hussain Talat, Faheem Ashraf, and Mohammad Nawaz bring balance to the side with their ability to contribute both with bat and ball.

On the bowling front, Shaheen Afridi remains the spearhead of the attack. He will be supported by Haris Rauf’s pace and Abrar Ahmed’s spin. The combination of two fast-bowling all-rounders and specialist spinners gives Pakistan variety and depth.

As Pakistan takes on Bangladesh in Dubai, the team’s biggest challenge will be consistency with the bat. If the top order clicks and the all-rounders continue their good form, Pakistan has every chance of securing another crucial win in the Super Four.
