Here’s How Pakistanis Can Apply Jobs at World Bank

The World Bank’s Junior Professional Associates Program (JAP) aims to empower young people by giving them access to entry-level career opportunities. Young professionals have the experience and excellent exposure to the new and current issues of the modern world towards development through the World Bank Junior Professional Associates (JAP) program.

Working with the more seasoned and senior team members, the junior graduates and professionals can put their qualitative and analytical skills as well as their technical expertise to use in this worldwide Junior Professional Associates project. Additionally, the World Bank’s JAP 2023–24 serves as a building block for employment prospects in the public and commercial sectors, as well as in academia, business, and other development-related fields.

A two-year programme for entry-level professionals, the WB JPA 2023–24. Eligibility:

  • Graduates from all nations and regions of the world are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or a degree of equal standing.
  • On the initial day of employment, candidates must be older than 28.
  • The candidate must speak and write English well.
  • It is advantageous if the candidate is proficient in more than one of the WB’s official languages, which include Arabic, French, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
  • If the JAPs take a two-year “Cooling Off” period, they are eligible for reappointment. The JPA must exit the World Bank after the two-year program completion term due to the cooling-off period. They can only reapply after that.
  • Staff who are currently on ETC are not eligible.

  • Fill in all the necessary information carefully.
  • In the database, the application is still active after six months.
  • After six months, the application will be filed again if the applicant decides to resubmit.
  • The recruiting managers use the data in their database to hire colleagues.
