To begin, applicants must first sign up on the official driving license website. Creating an account is the first step to access the online portal. Once logged in, users can move on to filling out the digital application form. It’s important to enter accurate information to avoid any delays.
After submitting the form, the system will automatically create a unique bill ID for the applicant. This bill ID is used to make the required payment. The current total fee for a learner license is Rs. 415, although applicants are advised to treat this as an estimate.
Once the payment is made, the system confirms the transaction. After confirmation, users can download and print their learner driving license immediately. The printed license can be used legally on the roads while learning to drive.
