Honda Increases Motorcycle Prices by Up to Rs. 15,000

According to the notification from the dealers on Wednesday, Atlas Honda has raised the cost of its motorcycles by an amount of Rs 15,000 per month. The updated costs will be effective on July 1.

As per Sabir Sheikh, the head of the Association of Pakistan Motorcycle Assemblers (APMA), the currently approved super tax of 10% and the decreasing rupee are to be responsible for the rise.

Regarding the price, the Honda CD 70 has been raised to Rs 5,000 and now it is being sold for Rs 111,500. The same as the variation of the CD70 Dream, which has been boosted up to Rs6,000. Presently it is being sold for Rs119,500.

Despite the Rs. 6000 price increase, the previous version would now be available for Rs. 150,900.

The price of the CG125 and CG125S has been boosted by Rs6,000 and Rs7,000, respectively, raising their cost to Rs174,500 and Rs205,500.

Despite the rise of Rs10,000, the Honda CB125F’s price has been hiked to Rs263,900.

The price of the CB150F models has also been increased by Rs15,000. CB150F (red and black) will now be sold for Rs323,900, while CB150F (silver) will be available at a rate of Rs327,900.

Ever since March 2022, Atlas Honda has been boosting the price of motorcycles each month. In its most current upgradation, Atlas Honda raised the cost of its motorcycles within the range of Rs3,600 and Rs9,000.

The newly launched prices became influenced in the month of June 1.

The manufacturers of motorcycles at the time mentioned boosting the prices of raw materials, increasing international freight rates, and the constant decline of the rupee as factors.
