Honda Pakistan Reports Rs. 2.71 Billion in 2025

Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited has shown a solid financial performance for the year ending March 31, 2025. The company reported a 16.08% increase in its after-tax profit, reaching Rs. 2.71 billion, compared to Rs. 2.33 billion the previous year.

This translates to an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 18.97, up from Rs. 16.34. The company also announced a final cash dividend of Rs. 8 per share, equal to 80% of the face value.

A major factor behind this growth is a 41.75% rise in revenue. The company earned Rs. 78.07 billion in revenue this year, up from Rs. 55.07 billion last year. This improvement is largely due to better supply chain management and more relaxed monetary policies, which helped boost overall sales and operations.

Gross profit also saw a healthy rise of 47.82%, climbing to Rs. 6.66 billion. However, the cost of sales increased by 41.21% to Rs. 71.4 billion, reflecting higher production and operating costs.

One downside in the report is a sharp drop in other income, which fell by 56.1% to Rs. 988.73 million. This decline is due to reduced returns from non-core activities.
