To do this, you need to have a balance of at least 1 AED in your account. Type getmymsisdn and send it to 9296. You will receive a reply with your mobile number. This is a paid service, and each SMS you send will cost you 1 AED.
Using The DU App
If you are a DU customer, you can download the DU app from the Play Store or App Store. Once you have downloaded and installed the app. Open it and log in with your DU account details. After logging in, you can see your mobile number on the home page. This is a free app and will allow you to check your account details as well as your mobile number.
 By Making a Missed Call
If you want to check your DU number without using the internet or balance, you can make a missed call to your friend or anyone and ask them for your number. This is a free service and does not require any internet or balance. However, you will need to have another phone to receive the call.
By Calling the Helpline
You can also check your DU number by calling the helpline. Call 0097143905555 from your DU sim and ask the customer care executive for your mobile number. They will tell you your number and other account details.
