Pakistan’s coach, Mickey Arthur, admits that he is very familiar with Sri Lanka’s strengths and weaknesses. He spent two years coaching Sri Lanka’s team, and now Pakistan is set to face Sri Lanka in the World Cup in Hyderabad.
This gives Arthur the chance to reunite with players he worked with from December 2019 to November 2021.
Arthur said, “Yes, I know their strengths and weaknesses, so we will have plans in place for all of them. They are a formidable team, so we need to be at our best to defeat them.”
In their previous match, Pakistan had a tense 81-run victory over the Netherlands in Hyderabad to kick off their World Cup campaign.
