Abdul Razzaq, a former all-rounder for Pakistan, predicts that bowler Ihsanullah of the Multan Sultans may eventually be able to throw a ball at speeds close to 160 kph.
Ihsanullah helped his team bowl out Quetta Gladiators for 110 on Wednesday by taking five wickets in a four-over session while allowing only 12 runs to be scored.
“We chose him for the Test team when New Zealand visited here. I was impressed by him when I saw him play in the National T20 Cup. I’m confident he can reach the 160 kph mark if we work with him and he improves his fitness,” Razzaq stated on a local TV station.
“We must take care of such bowlers, and the PCB is accountable for doing so. We must provide opportunities for individuals who excel in the PSL, he continued.
