Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has reaffirmed that Tehran has no intention of building an atomic bomb, while insisting that the country will not surrender its right to enrich uranium. Speaking during ongoing diplomatic efforts, he said Iran’s nuclear activities remain focused on peaceful purposes and are in line with national interests.
He stressed that uranium enrichment is a fundamental right for Iran and vital for its energy and scientific development. His statement comes at a time when negotiations with world powers remain sensitive, as both sides continue to debate limits on enrichment and international oversight in an effort to reduce tensions and restore confidence in the nuclear agreement.
