Karachi to Host CTRL POINT, VIDERGG’s Flagship CS2 LAN

VIDERGG has announced a premium Counter-Strike 2 event, CTRL POINT, to be held offline in Karachi in August 2025.

CTRL POINT is aimed at offering a pure esports-viewing experience, bringing Pakistan’s Counter-Strike 2 fans a production on par with international standards. While the country has seen offline events before, CTRL POINT marks the first time a full-scale LAN of this level is being hosted inside a professional studio setting. With talent coming in from across the country, Karachi is set to host Pakistan’s most polished studio LAN yet.

The event will kick off with qualifiers open to all participants from all across Pakistan. The single-elimination format will determine the top four teams who will earn their spot at the LAN finals. Split across two days, the matches will take place in a real-life setup, with teams facing each other on stage to engage in healthy, high-stakes competition.

Finalists will receive all-expenses-paid travel to Karachi, where a hefty prize pool awaits at the end of their journey. The winners will take home the lion’s share of PKR 500,000, one of the largest CS2 prize pools for a LAN event in Pakistan to date. CTRL POINT will also be livestreamed on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook, allowing fans across the country to experience the action from their own homes.
