KPK Govt to Convert One of it’s Two Helicopter into Air Ambulance

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has taken several significant decisions to address various matters concerning the welfare and administration of the province. One of the notable decisions includes the directive to convert one of the existing helicopters owned by the government into an air ambulance. This move aims to enhance emergency medical services and facilitate swift medical assistance to those in need across the region.

Furthermore, the government has approved essential expenditures for the current month, ensuring the smooth functioning of essential services and administrative operations. Additionally, amendments have been made to the NWFP Ministers Salaries, Allowances, and Privileges Act, reflecting a proactive approach to governance and legislative reform.

In a bid to improve access to justice and ensure labor rights protection, the cabinet has given the green light for the establishment of a labor court in Kohat. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to promoting fair labor practices and resolving disputes through legal channels.

Moreover, recognizing the importance of addressing the concerns of regularized employees, a ministerial committee has been formed to oversee the grievances of individuals regularized under the KP Employees (Regularisation of Services) Act. This step demonstrates the government’s commitment to upholding the rights and interests of its workforce.

In addition to these measures, the cabinet has approved allowances for newly appointed senior civil judges and the Director-General of Aviation, aiming to attract and retain skilled professionals in key positions within the government.

Furthermore, in a move to streamline administrative processes and ensure efficient resource management, the cabinet has relaxed the ban on appliance purchases for the administration department. Additionally, the transfer of a plot for the construction of the PKHA Complex has been authorized, signaling progress in infrastructure development initiatives.
