Karachi: K-Electric’s extra high-tension line tripped, due to which power supply was suspended in different areas of the city.
According to details, there was a major breakdown of electricity in Karachi, k-electric’s extra-high tension line tripped, due to which power supply was suspended in different areas.
18 grids and 621 feeders of K-Electric were also closed due to tripping of K-Electric’s high-tension line.
Due to the tripping of the line, 20 feeders of Aga Khan Grid, 28 feeders of Jail Road Grid, 47 feeders of Johar Grid, 10 feeders of Gadap Grid, 36 feeders of North Karachi Grid, 31 feeders of Walika Grid, 39 feeders of KDA Grid and 39 feeders of Civic Center were closed.
Apart from this, 59 feeders of Gulshan Grid, 26 feeders of Azizabad Grid, 38 feeders of Orangi Grid, 27 feeders of Shadman Town Grid, 35 feeders of Liaquatabad Grid, 40 feeders of North Nazimabad, 15 feeders of Memon Goth Grid and 46 feeders of Malir Grid are also closed.
