As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina, Saudi Arabia, gets ready to welcome worshippers from different parts of the world.
The General Authority for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, which takes care of the holy sites, starts a big project.
They are putting in new carpets in Al-Rawdah, a special area in the mosque that people believe is a part of Paradise. This project is meant to make the atmosphere more spiritual and comfortable for worshippers when they come to pray and visit during Ramadan.
The authorities want everyone to feel peaceful and connected to their faith during this special time.
