A massive rise in gold prices has been observed after the Pakistani rupeeās depreciation against the dollar. The rate of Gold on Tuesday 18th July 2023 stood at Rs. 221,000.
The cost of this precious commodity surged by Rs. 6,200 (24 carats) settling at Rs. 221,000. While the rate of 10 grams increased by Rs. 5,316 reaching Rs. 189,472. The figures have been revealed by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).
The rate of gold also soared in the international market today gaining $10 settling at $1,967. According to the statistics, the rate of silver remained unchanged at Rs. 2,650/tola and the rate for 10 grams of silver remained at Rs. 2,271.94.
