Meet 21 Years Old Lexie Alford, Youngest Person to Visit Every Country in the World, and Set World Record

In 2019, a young woman named Lexie Alford from America accomplished an amazing feat. She visited North Korea and claimed to be the youngest person to travel to every country in the world. This goal was set to break a record held by James Asquith, who became the youngest person to achieve this in 2013 when he was 24 years old.

Lexie’s desire to explore all 196 countries was rooted in her upbringing. Her family was deeply involved in the travel industry, and they often took her on long trips to different places, exposing her to various cultures.

Lexie’s journey took her to many places, from Cambodia’s floating villages to Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, and from Argentina’s Ushuaia to Egypt’s Great Pyramids. Her childhood experiences of traveling extensively influenced her outlook on life. She was curious about how people live differently and how happiness is found in different ways around the world.

Initially, she started her travels because of her own curiosity and a wish to learn more about the world. But as she traveled, she realized that her journey was inspiring others, especially young women, to step out of their comfort zones and explore the world with courage.

She wanted to show that the world isn’t as dangerous as it might seem in the media. Instead, she aimed to highlight the goodness and beauty that exist all around the globe.
