With many automakers recently announcing price hikes, the price hike domino effect is still going strong.

Morris Garages (MG) Pakistan is the latest to do so for its most famous vehicle, according to carspiritpk.

The price of the MG ZS has also been increased by Rs. 306,000, bringing it to Rs. 4.44 million, as per the report. However, the company has yet to officially declare the price hike for its other vehicles.

The company, like other automakers, has attributed the price hike to the devaluation of the Pakistani rupee versus the US dollar, an increase in freight charges, the cost of transportation due to high gasoline prices, and high semi-conductor chip costs due to a global shortage.
