Fashion’s future is being rewritten by designer Mohsin Naveed Ranja on London’s iconic Regent Street as he opened the doors to the MNR Design Studio on Friday at an event that was bursting at the seams in attendance of London’s most coveted media, fashion and social personalities. Word has it, Punjabi acting sensation Sonam Bajwa flew into London just to attend the event!
With Mohsin’s fashion vision, the strategic business prowess of Managing Director Abubakar Naveed Ranjha and the support of fashion ecosystem stalwart Asad Malik and Cresset, the MNR Design Studio in London is a giant leap for South Asian fashion representation in Europe.
From trendy ready-to-wear pieces to exclusive limited editions and bespoke bridal services across menswear and womenswear, the MNR Design Studio offers a comprehensive and immersive experience for Britain’s Asian community as well as those with an eye for Pakistan’s rich embroideries and unparalleled craft. We are positive the opening of this space will mean us seeing even more of the brand on international red carpets. Britain’s beloved Tan France, now of Hollywood fame has already been seen sporting the brand, as have Bollywood’s finest including Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Karan Aujla. Deepika Padukone’s stylist, Shaleena Nathani, is known for her love of MNR.
And we say, why not? The MNR brand has made South Asian fashion so proud. It’s now right up there next to fashion luminaries Celine, Gucci and Prada, in the heart if Central London.
The launch was a classy affair, with the who’s who of London in attendance, packing out the MNR Design Studio. Sonam Bajwa definitely brought her A game. The launch also saw so many fantastic British-Asian’s out to show their support including the brilliant Comedian and social media sensation Shabaz Ali who was just seen hosting the DUNE premiere with Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet just last week; BBC Asian Network’s powerhouse Haroon Rashid and Sky News media sensation Saima Mohsin to name a few.
This achievement goes beyond borders. It’s about offering a unique and enriching experience for global fashion lovers. MNR’s signature style seamlessly blends contemporary trends with the rich tapestry of South Asian heritage, creating pieces that are both modern and timeless.
So we say, this move into London for MNR is more than just shopping; it’s a journey into the heart of South Asian fashion, where stunning garments tell stories waiting to be discovered.
