His book ‘100 Miracle Oils’ sheds light on the advantages of essential, infused, and carrier oils for aromatherapy, healthcare, and well-being. In the book ‘100 Miracle Plants’, he has thoroughly explained how miraculous plants are beneficial for providing an all-natural boost to one’s overall health and beauty. Lastly, in ‘100 Miracle Seeds’, the author emphasizes that edible seeds are an excellent source of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

He was born and brought up in a traditional Baloch Mazari family in Quetta, Balochistan. He graduated from the Forman Christian (FC) University and then enrolled in the MBA programme at the University of Management & Technology (UMT).
