Pakistan fast bowler Naseem Shah is expected to join Islamabad United for the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The 20-year-old is set to be traded to Islamabad after choosing not to continue with Quetta Gladiators.
The agreement between Naseem and Islamabad United is nearly finalized at 90 percent. In exchange, Gladiators are interested in having hard-hitting batsman Azam Khan instead of Naseem Shah, and there’s a possibility that Mohammad Wasim Jr will also be traded to Gladiators.
Naseem Shah decided to leave Quetta Gladiators for personal reasons. He has been part of the Gladiators team since 2019.
